Delete your data

No user accounts.
Buldum does not let users create accounts or sign in. The app uses an anonymous
device session to link your listings and messages on this phone.
Delete data in the app
- Open My listings and close or mark each listing as delivered / given away.
- In Settings, tap Clear data on this device to remove the local session.
- Uninstalling the app also removes local data stored on your phone.
Request server data deletion
To delete listings, messages, photos, and other data stored on our servers, email us:
Please include:
- Subject: Buldum data deletion request
- A short description of what you want removed (all data / specific listings)
- Approximate dates of your listings or messages, if you remember
- Phone number shown on a listing, if applicable
What we delete
- Your listings (Buldum and Imece)
- In-app messages and shared photos
- Push notification tokens linked to your session
- Other data tied to your anonymous session
Processing time
We process verified requests within 30 days. We may keep minimal records if required by law (e.g. abuse prevention).
